Max Yip

Maximilian grew up in Hong Kong, and moved to Canada in 2023. He is 17 years old and studies violin with Joyce Lai. He started playing the piano at the age of 3 and the violin at the age of 5. He obtained a distinction in ABRSM grade 8 in both instruments. Before moving to Canada, he played for the Hong Kong Children’s Symphony Orchestra. Apart from music, he loves to play basketball.
