Brandon Ling, 16 years old, began his violin studies at the age of 7 in Toronto. He has competed at the Canadian Music Competition and received a second place award at the National Finals in Montreal. Brandon has also won many awards including at the OMFA provincials, the Kiwanis Music Festival, and the Unionville Music Festival. In addition, he has been the recipient of numerous scholarships such as the Canimex Scholarship and the Kiwanis Club of Toronto Foundation Award. Furthermore, he has been a member of the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra since 2022 and engages in chamber and orchestral playing in school. Brandon studies privately with Dr. Conrad Chow. In his spare time, he competes in academic competitions and plays baseball.
