Andrew Poon, PIANO

Andrew Poon started his musical journey learning piano at the age of 7. Since then, he has developed a love for performing. Currently, under the mentorship of Aster Lai, Andrew continues to dedicate himself to expanding his repertoire. He has won numerous prizes in piano competitions across the GTA and recently received his RCM ARCT diploma in Piano Performance. Last summer, he performed a series of concerts with the CSYO in Europe as piano soloist. In addition to piano, Andrew plays French Horn in his school band and orchestra. Outside of music and academics, he enjoys traveling, reading, and playing video games.
